We serve companies in the Plastics Industry Sectors and make a point of investigating and understanding their Organizational development requirements in order to supply plastics training courses to meet those requirements competitively, on time, first time. Our commitment remains to address the technical skills gaps in the Plastics Manufacturing and related Industries Nationally – i.e. from the shop-floor to management levels.

Engineering Plastics Manufacturing services include product design, manufacture of plastic moulds, injection moulding of products and machining of plastic components. "New developments and special projects are our forte". Founded in July 1989, to specifically serve the plastic engineering environment. EPM will bring your idea to fruition, consulting with you, assisting in the design and manufacture of your mould. We will walk you through the process until you have a complete injection moulded component. Our product range consists mainly of custom made components and we undertake to also manufacture small batch quantities, if required.

Ametex believes that “Process efficiency” concerning castings in foundries and injection moulding in plastics, is key to successful products and their profitability. We are the sole partners for MAGMA (GmbH) and SIGMA (GmbH) in distributing and supporting MAGMAsoft and SIGMASOFT in South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa. SIGMASOFT® is an effective simulation tool for Thermoplasts, Thermosets, Elastomers and MIM/CIM. We provide software training, as well as training on all aspects related to the foundry industry and plastics injection moulding industry. We provide engineering consultation to both the foundry and plastic injection moulding industries. We are able to assist you in product design and process, right through to the finished product. Capable of analysing the entire plastic production process.
